2. Intellectual Property

All methodology, software tools, and resilient route-mapping algorithms remains the exclusive property of Vortrex Tradeways. Client-specific data provided during consulting remains yours. We value the integrity of our proprietary systems just as much as you value your cargo.

3. Confidentiality & Security

Is your data safe? Absolutely. We maintain rigorous security protocols at our 23 Guy Banks Road headquarters and across all cloud-based analysis platforms. Both parties agree to protect sensitive trade route information and strategic vulnerabilities from unauthorized disclosure. We don't take risks with your trust.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Vortrex Tradeways provides world-class scenario analysis, the nature of global trade involves unpredictable geopolitical and environmental factors. We provide the map, but you're at the helm. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consulting phase in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from our advisory services will be handled within the jurisdiction of the UK courts. We believe in clear, enforceable standards for every client, regardless of their location.
